Hi Kent - I can't remember the names of the ships that used to load at Ridham Dock for the Falklands Isles with Military equipment but they changed to Gibraltar Flag so could put British officers on board, they may already be on your list Cheers Gareth

                  Hi Mike...
Thanks again for naming yet more ships owned by the companies of K. I. T. Larsen... You are doing a remarkable good job and I think that you?re also a very knowledgeable clever man. I?m very thankfull to you for sharing all this with me/us in here on the CR. And by sharing you make sure that all these ships will not be forgotten during the years... (I must admit, that I already had forgotten 2 or three of them, but as soon as you did send all these names I recalled them in my memory...).
The K.I.T. Larsen companies are very hard/tough to do research-work on, because there are no place you can go to find all the companies/ships owned by him. They are all scattered all over the place, and I think, that there are ships of his that you can?t find anywhere because nobody has ever described or written anything about them... But I hope that we this way, in due time, will be able to make a complete list of his ships. It?s a good thing that we are working just like a team on this project, the more the better, it should ensure that we remember all of them....
It?s strange that nobody has ever written a book, or article, telling the full story of the man, his companies and his ships... But no such thing exists, or at least I don?t know of any. Thats something to wish for here in the Christmas-times.....
Enough from me right now, I hope you?re able to understand my english and/or catch the meaning of the written words I?ve used trying to describe and/or explain me meaning(s).... Otherwise please ask me to explain further.....

I?ll add the gastankers to the list a little later.....
                  Regards

Hi Mike and All Thats a name from the past they had Frendo Faith + two sisters 2500dwcc, we used to charter the Faith on the steel run to Rochester Limehouse Wharf back in the 70's, if I remember they started life as tankers but then changed to bulkers whilst at the yard.Had the Faith on her first voyage and she could'nt open the hatches so had to wait till she floated again to relieve the pressure on the hatch coamings Gareth

Gareth, Weston Shipping had six of this class all started of with Frendo names, and when Frendo folded all had Weston names.
