Master of Appolo Lynch intoxicated, Kiel
Early in the morning Aug 28 Kiel police found the master of general cargo vessel Appolo Lynch to be intoxicated, being alerted by a call from a pilot. Vessel which arrived from Gdansk was docked in Kiel. No other details available at the moment.
