    Her completion was delayed so that she could be fitted-out as a temporary Royal Yacht in order to take King George V and Queen Mary to the Delhi Durbar of 1911

    She is seen here at Malta on her way to India.

    Her escorts were the cruisers ARGYLL, NATAL, COCHRANE and DEFENCE

    Completed for the Australia mail service in 1912

    Torpedoed and sunk by UB.31 on 28/4/1917 off Start Point inward from India via Plymouth for London
