    bulker

Gents. I have one more slide of a bulker which I can't identify. I don't know if anyone has info on bulkers but the ship I photographed in Avonmouth in 1988 had the name ending in 'Pacifico' with the first part of the name ending in 'ar' or 'ag', (it's a rear 3/4 shot). It would have been built probably in the 1960's and had a dark blue funnel with a white stripe around with what look likes a blue circle on the white stripe. The registration was Calacoa.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Pete Evans.

    Pete,

I think your ship is MAR PACIFICO, registered in Callao and IMO No. 7005255.

Hopefully your photograph looks similar to her under a previous name.
