Most of my photos were taken in Londonderry (or nearby) in the 1960's.

Looks very like a Norwegian build. However, it would seem that she was indeed German built in 1969 at Rosslau as stated in the earlier post.

Very typical of small 199grt Norwegian coasters of some 20/40 years ago. Piloted many of them, usually stinking of fish meal!

Hi stuteman, robin hood and canalsider, thank you very much for your contributions

Miramar got nothing of her, Hans Rosenkranz got some more information on his site, as can be seen by clicking on the link:

Lots of Shipphotos and a huge database with any kind of information

I`ve found only some information about her sister ABBA here:

            Dierk,

BIBBA sank on 14/3/73 whilst on voyage from Heroya to Praesto with a cargo of saltpetre. 3 crew members saved.

              Good morning Leslie,
thank you very much for the sad information.

Found this too after reading your info

Will send Miramar an email regarding BIBBA, the link to the Rosslau shipyards seems to be "broken" too

Having to hurry now, don`t like being late on my job
Best wishes, stay safe and take care

Good morning from cold and wet Hamburg

Got a reply from Miramar, including the shipyard`s shiplist of Rosslauer Werft

As it is not yet updated on their site, made some screenshots
Best wishes, stay safe and take care
